The types of personal data we collect

  • Business contact data such as your employer’s name, your employer’s address, your name, your role, your business telephone number and your business email address (we may collect your personal email address if it has been provided to us by you)
  • Financial information, such as your company credit/debit card number or other company billing information
  • Information necessary for providing services to you, when you register to our website/subscribe to our services – such as user IDs and passwords, product, service and contact preferences
  • Geo-location data such as your IP address
  • Details of the services you have purchased from us or that you have enquired about, as well as any additional information necessary to deliver those services and to respond to your enquiries;

  • Information you provide to us through our feedback forms and surveys

We do not collect any special categories of personal data, as defined under the GDPR. Our products and services are not aimed at children.

At Integer, we collect data in a variety of ways, in line with the local laws where the individual data subject is based. This includes, where applicable, the lawful basis of processing personal data laid out by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) including but not limited to, ‘Legal Contract’, ‘Consent’, and ‘Legitimate Interest’.

How do we share and disclose information to third parties?

We do not rent or sell your Personal Information to anyone. We may share and disclose information (including Personal Information) about our customers in the following limited circumstances:

Service providers and partners:  We may share your information with third party vendors, consultants and other service providers who we employ to perform tasks on our behalf. These companies include our payment processing providers, website analytics companies, product feedback or help desk software providers, CRM service providers, email service providers and others.

Compliance with law and protection of people and property: We may share your information when we believe in good faith that such sharing is reasonably necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding possible illegal activities or to comply with legal process. We may also share your information in situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of this Privacy Policy, or to respond to the claims of violation of the rights of third parties and/or to protect the rights, property and safety of Integer Research, our employees, users, or the public. This may involve the sharing of your information with law enforcement, government agencies, courts, and/or other organisations.


Is Personal Information about me secure?

We use appropriate technical, organizational and administrative security measures to protect any information we hold in our records from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.  Unfortunately, no company or service can guarantee complete security. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors, may compromise the security of user information at any time. Among other practices, your account is protected by a password for your privacy and security. You must prevent unauthorized access to your account and Personal Information by selecting and protecting your password appropriately and limiting access to your computer or device and browser by signing off after you have finished accessing your account.


Data Storage and Retention

We will only retain your Personal Information for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it is collected. This may vary according to the nature of your relationship with us.

The data held by Integer Research is processed and stored in the UK within a secure environment.

Integer Research has a continual cycle of cleansing and refreshing data contained with our CRM system, all data is verified regularly.  Any invalid records are placed into a deletion queue, which is then securely purged on a regular basis.


Access and Correction

To keep your personally identifiable information accurate, current, and complete, please contact us as specified below. We will take reasonable steps to update or correct personally identifiable information in our possession that you have previously submitted via this site.


Request to Object

In all correspondence with you we will give you the right to object from receiving further marketing correspondence from Integer Research.  On any emails you receive from Integer Research there will be the option to ‘unsubscribe’ from receiving any further email correspondence.  If you receive a telephone call from us, you have the right to request not to receive any further calls.  Integer Research has a companywide CRM system, your request to object will be logged within our CRM system to ensure that you do not receive any further calls.

Should you wish to object to receiving communication from Integer Research, you can do so in a variety of ways:

  • If you have received a call, please tell the representative that you do not wish to receive any further communication

All requests will be processed within 30 days. Your details will be added to a suppression file to ensure that your details cannot be processed by the Integer Research CRM system in the future.  Please note this applies only to the processing of your personally identifiable data, not that of the business data which does not fall under the remit of GDPR.


Request for Erasure

Where granted by local law, you have the right to “Request for Erasure”.

It is important to understand the difference between a right to object and a request for deletion.  If you make a request for deletion, we will remove any data we hold about you from Integer Research CRM system.  This will also mean that we will remove you from our suppression files.  If you are removed from our suppression files, there is a risk that your data may be processed again in the future if your details are re-added to our CRM system by a member of our sales team who genuinely believes that your business would benefit from working with Integer Research.  If you do not wish for us to contact you again about our products and services, we would recommend you request to object rather than a request for deletion, as this will ensure that your details are always suppressed from processing.
