Acquisition of Integer Research by Argus Media

Posted On: 18-10-2018 By: Ghazal Shafieian

We are pleased to officially announce the acquisition of Integer Research by Argus Media, which has taken place today, 18th October, 2018.

Over the past 15 years, Integer has built an excellent reputation in the Fertilizer, Wire & Cable and Emissions Control markets. The company provides these industries with specialist economic and financial analysis, market forecasts, strategy and benchmarking information as well as global conferences.

Argus is a leading energy and commodity price reporting agency providing data, news and insight as well as conference and consulting services. Companies in more than 140 countries around the world use Argus prices to index physical trade and as benchmarks in financial derivative markets as well as for analysis and planning purposes.

This is a natural fit for both organizations. We are excited to build on Argus’ existing global expertise in commodity markets and leverage its technology and platform strengths to the benefit of our customers. We believe that by combining our strong products, analyst talent and global reach, we will be able to offer our customers more intelligent market insight and a greater range of services.

As an Argus company, we are looking forward to providing you with enhanced areas of expertise in the future. In the short term, working with Integer will not change in any way – you will continue to receive the same subscriptions and we will deliver the same conferences. Please deal with the same people in Integer as you have in the past.

We are thrilled to continue doing business with you and appreciate your continued partnership. Olly, Phil and I will be fully engaged in building the combined business, so please do reach out to us with any questions.
