Steve joined Clean Air Power in 2005, having spent 17 years at Ricardo Consulting Engineers as a Chief Engineer in the diesel powertrain R&D business. Since joining Clean Air Power as Technical Director, he has focused on gaseous alternative fuels for heavy duty powertrain. Steve is responsible for technology strategy and product development at Clean Air Power. He has directed the development of Dual-Fuel products that enable diesel engines to operate on natural gas. These products are now in production with OEMs and available as retro-fit systems. During his career he has worked with many of the world’s major powertrain OEMs and interacted with government, UN organisations and academic institutions. Steve graduated from Imperial College in 1988 and has been an engineer ever since.

José Geiger is department manager at FEV in Aachen, Germany. His department for gas engines, controls and OBD is part of FEV’s Business Unit Commercial, Industrial and Large Engines.
José Geiger has a doctor’s degree in mechanical engineering at RWTH Aachen with focus on combustion engines. He has worked previously in the combustion system development of conventional and direct injection gasoline engines and in diesel OBD for passenger cars. Today, typical key projects in his responsibility are combustion system development and complete calibration of commercial gas engines, calibration of commercial diesel production engines with concentration on governors and OBD as well as software function specification for control systems and OBD.

Professor Tamara Mitusova is one of the leading specialists in the design, research and testing of diesel, marine, furnace, gas turbine and boiler fuels. After graduation from the Gubkin Moscow Institute of Oil and Gas, she has been working in All-Russian Scientific Research of Oil Refining currently as the Head of diesel and marine fuels.
The author of over 300 publications and 50 patents (including international), Professor Mitusova cooperates with oil companies and technology developers on a regular basis and regularly provides advice and technical support to refiners and fuels consumers. She is the author of numerous regulations (state standards, specifications, STO) on diesel, marine, furnace, gas turbine and boiler fuels.
She has a Doctorate in Technical Sciences and is serving as the Professor. She is a Laureate of the State Prize of the USSR.

Dr. Boris Kisulenko, Deputy General Director of the State Scientific Center of the Russian Federation for motor vehicles (NAMI), born in 1948, graduated with honours from the Moscow automechanical Institute (MAMI) in 1971. He is the author of the Russian Moto Vehicles certification system and Russian and Customs Union Technical Regulations on wheeled vehicles, the head of the certification body for moto vehicles.
Since 2004 he is a President of the World Forum on harmonisation of technical requirements for wheeled vehicles of the Economic Commission for Europe.

Elisa Dumitrescu has worked with the Transport Unit of the Division of Technology, Industry and Economics of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) since 2005. Her work entails policy analysis and advice to support improving auto fuel economy and lowering pollutant emissions from vehicles in emerging economies. She manages a portfolio of national clean tech, climate change mitigation and sustainable mobility projects in Eastern Europe and the Caucasus, in addition to providing project support for developing countries globally. On a daily basis, she works with national governments, industry groups, NGO’s and technical experts to address, at the country and regional levels, CO 2 and non-CO 2 emissions from cars through improved standards for energy efficient technology, liquid fuel quality and tailpipe emissions.
Elisa holds graduate degrees from Columbia University and the London School of Economics, and has previously worked on renewable energy in urban settings, urban greening, and the remediation of toxic and radioactive pollution hot spots in developing countries.

Currently, Serezhenkin is Deputy Executive Director of the ”Association of Russian Automakers” engaging in forecasting industry development work with federal authorities to develop measures aimed at the development of automobile industry in Russia.
