India to implement Bharat VI in 2020

**Please note this conference has already taken place, click here to visit the 2018 conference pages**

The 6th Integer Emissions Summit & AdBlue® Forum India 2016 was attended by over 150 representatives from local and international organisations, making it one of our most successful conferences in India to date.

The conference discussed the Indian government’s announcement in January 2016 that it intends to implement Bharat VI by 2020, and the challenges posed by that goal.

Discussions focussed on finding solutions to the following key questions:

  • How will OEMs develop emissions technology that is suitable for such a uniquely challenging market?
  • How can technology be developed to manage short duty cycles in intense traffic, robust enough to manage Indian ambient conditions, and cost effective enough to justify fleet renewal?
  • How will AdBlue® supply infrastructure develop to support Bharat VI?
  • What are the next steps in emission norms for  non-road mobile machinery?

The 6th Integer Emissions Summit & AdBlue® Forum India 2016 was held at the Radisson Blu New Delhi Dwarka, on 27 – 28 September 2016.
