William joined Integer at the start of 2016. He previously worked in the recruitment sector and has a Master’s Degree from Exeter University after attaining his undergraduate degree from Bangor University.

Kasia ZielinskaBusiness Development Manager
Integer produces a number of specific fertilizer reports to ensure companies involved in that sector can monitor the key developments and trends. Kasia works on a variety of sales campaigns ensuring that Integer are meeting its clients research requirements.
Kasia has an extensive experience as a financial community account manager. Kasia co-ordinates financial community’s organizational research requirements and address’s them with the number of publications Integer’s offering. Furthermore, Kasia works across the Potash publications, developing long lasting relationships with existing potash producers as well as potash junior miners. Kasia has a first class degree from BA Business Management at Middlesex University in London.

Integer Emissions Summit and AdBlue® Forums offer a platform for celebrating all players within the emissions industry and create a space for discussion surrounding analysis of the current industry and projections of the future market and technologies. Laura is responsible for helping to place delegates in the summit that best suits their needs and listen to feedback regarding the programme to support creating the most beneficial opportunity for all delegates.
Laura joined Integer in January 2017 with previous work experience in a variety of international business roles. Laura finished her Master’s degree from City University of London.

Lisa SmithPotash Research Manager
Lisa Smith is Potash Research Manager at Integer Research. She has worked in fertilizer market analysis since 2002, specialising in current market developments and short-term pricing, as well as the longer-term outlook for potash supply, demand and pricing. Lisa has worked on potash consultancy studies for fertilizer producers, junior miners, banks and international agencies and has also charted the rapid development of the N, P and K fertilizer sectors in the Former Soviet Union and in eastern and central Europe.
Benjamin Treadwell has been part of Integer’s team of analysts since February 2014. Since joining Integer, he regularly contributes to both the DEF Tracker and The AdBlue & DEF Monitor. He has also contributed to several consultancy assignments, and also provides data, news, and content updates to both the discoverDEF.com and FindAdBlue.com websites.

Mina Ha works as an analyst across all areas at Integer Research. She holds a M.Sc. in Economics from Royal Holloway, University of London. Prior to joining, she was an industry analyst at Shinhan Bank in Seoul, South Korea, where she dealt with renewable energy and IT industry matters. She also has four years of research and consultancy experience in the Asia-Pacific region.

Tim CheyneDirector of Emissions
Tim is a Director of Integer Research, and is responsible for the company’s work in the environmental sector. This covers stationary and mobile emissions control technologies and related chemicals such as AdBlue.
In the lead-up to Euro 4 & 5 implementation in Europe, Tim worked closely with truck OEMs, tier 1 suppliers, oil companies, and AdBlue suppliers to develop market forecasts, commercial strategy, and other key business development issues.
Tim has degrees in chemical engineering and economics. He has previously worked in the design and operation of petrochemical plants, and in commodity market analysis and consultancy in the chemical industry.
Oliver HatfieldDirector of Fertilizers & Chemicals
Oliver Hatfield heads up the Fertilizers and Chemicals research team at Integer Research in London. He is also one of the founders of the company.
Oliver has 15 years of experience in business analysis and consulting. He has traveled extensively visiting fertilizer companies in the Americas, Europe, and Asia. He has worked with management in a number of fertilizer companies, covering company strategy, market analysis and technical studies. Oliver is a graduate of economics and development economics from Manchester University in the UK.

Philip Radbourne heads up the wire and cable research team at Integer Research Ltd. He is one of the founders of the company. Integer Research provides a range of information, reports, and consultancy services to the steel, aluminium, wire and cable, and fertilizer industries. Philip has more than 13 years of experience in business analysis and consulting.
Philip has managed market studies, which analysed a range of products from power cables, magnet wire, LAN data cables to copper telecom and fibre optic cables. He has also worked on a range of products from power cables to LAN data cables, where LS0H or fire resistance have been an issue. Philip has travelled extensively visiting cable companies in the Americas, Europe, and Asia (including India, ASEAN and South Korea). He worked with management in a number of cable companies, covering company strategy, market analysis and technical studies.
A petroleum engineer by training, he spent a couple of years in Norway working in the oil industry for Schlumberger. He won a Chevron Oil Scholarship to study at Imperial College, London, UK.
Katherine EvelandSenior Marketing Executive - Wire & Cable
Katherine joined Integer Research in 2013 and is currently working as a Senior Marketing Executive managing the Wire & Cable conference and publication marketing strategy. She also manages the marketing database and assists in both maintaining and gathering market data. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Richmond International University London.
Lynn WangChina Research Manager
Lynn Wang has been a fertilizer analyst since 2005 and a member of the Integer team since July 2013. Prior to joining Integer she was a senior analyst and consulting manager for a Chinese state-owned consulting company. She has covered fertilizer market analysis of all major fertilizer products primarily with a China focus, including pricing, supply, demand and production costs and margins. Lynn has undertaken reports for leading companies both in China and internationally. She has a Masters in Chemistry from Beijing Normal University, a leading university in China.

Meena ChauhanSulphur/Sulphuric Acid Research Manager
Meena Chauhan is senior analyst leading sulphur and sulphuric acid research at Integer. She has more than six years’ experience tracking and analysing global sulphur and sulphuric acid markets, assessing numerous price ranges and producing demand and supply models to deliver to consultancy clients. She also has significant experience covering phosphates and agricultural markets. Meena has given papers at several industry events as well as the USDA headquarters in Washington DC. She graduated with Honours in English Literature and Language from the University of Liverpool and went on to complete a short course in MSc Agricultural Economics at SOAS. She is bilingual in English and Gujarati.

Peter is the head of Integer’s publications sales team, and works across the Fertilizer, Emissions and Wire and Cable industries.

Peter joined Integer in 2011. He has previous experience in market analysis for the construction sector. Peter has a degree from Sussex University.

Qingyun TaoSenior Public Relations & Programme Manager
Qingyun (Cheryl) Tao is a Senior Public Relations & Programme Manager at Integer, responsible for producing high-profile business events in the Diesel Emissions and Wire & Cable industry sectors. Cheryl has been producing Integer’s events in China, Brazil and India. She began her career in conferences in China and joined Integer’s London office in 2012 after receiving her Master degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from University of Warwick, UK. Cheryl comes from China and speaks fluent Mandarin and English.
James is responsible for the commercial development of all business areas at Integer research. He ensures that both existing and future clients benefit from solutions that meet and exceed expectations.

James has been with Integer since 2009. Previously he was at the Financial Times for 4 years and has a degree in Marketing Management.

Louisa Winnik is a Senior Analyst working across Integer’s business areas. She is the editor for the Wire & Cable Data Service and has worked across a range of consultancy projects, including a report for the International Cable Federation. Louisa has a BA in Geography and an MA in Public Policy from King’s College, London.
Laura CrossNitrogen Team Leader
Laura is Integer’s Lead Nitrogen Analyst and Editor of the Nitrogen Cost and Profit Margin Service. Most recently she has worked extensively on the preparation of marketing prospectuses for the financing stages of several greenfield nitrogen investments in North America. Laura has presented at numerous international conferences on fertilizer market trends, the industrial nitrogen market, and long-term fertilizer demand. Laura has a BSc in Physical Geography from King’s College London.
An economics graduate, Ibi has worked for four years in the agribusiness industry, providing analysis and consultancy services to industry stakeholders. He has been involved in several high profile studies, including successful tenders to the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development. As someone who is interested in developing economy agriculture, he has worked on various projects in Africa, including successful bids in Sierra Leone, Mozambique and Morocco. Ibi joined Integer as an analyst in October 2012.
Fabricio CardosoSenior Analyst
Fabricio Cardoso is a Senior Analyst in Integer's emissions sector and the project manager of several consultancy projects and regular publications covering emissions control technologies and the European AdBlue and North American DEF markets. He is also the editor of the AdBlue & DEF Monitor. Fabricio has several years of work experience in fuels and biofuels quality, engines and emissions standards, as well as in the energy regulatory framework in Latin America. He holds a Chemical Engineering degree from the Polytechnic School of São Paulo, a MSc in Transport and Sustainable Development from the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole des Mines de Paris, and an MBA in Agribusiness from ESALQ, the Agricultural School of the University of São Paulo. He is fluent in English, French, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese.

Andrea has presented at a number of industry events, including the ArabCab annual conference, where he presented the results of the extensive research he carried out to publish the Integer Focus Report: Wire & Cable Middle East Markets. Andrea has an MA in International Business and a BA in International Economics.
Adam PanayiResearch Manager
Adam Panayi is Research Manager for emissions at Integer and has experience in market research and economic analysis since 2007. He is the editor of The European SCR & AdBlue Forecast Service, and has worked on a number of market feasibility studies for greenfield and brownfield nitrogen and DEF capacity projects in North America. He is also the editor of Integer’s The Automotive Grade Urea (AGU) Market Forecast and has a strong focus on upstream and supply chain issues in the AUS 32 business.
Josie ArmstrongHead of Consultancy
Josie Armstrong is the Head of Consultancy at Integer, with experience managing and undertaking single client assignments covering a range of industries including wire and cable, emissions, and fertilizers. Consultancy projects she has led include due diligence of Australian infrastructure projects, and a feasibility study for a Middle Eastern power cable plant. Josie has recently returned to London from working in Australia, where she managed consultancy assignments primarily related to the Asia-Pacific region for CRU Strategies. More recently she worked as a Market Analyst for BP in Australia. Josie was previously awarded a scholarship from the Centre for Chinese Business and Development to undertake a Masters in Chinese and Business at the University of Leeds, which included an internship at a sourcing firm in Shanghai. Prior to this, Josie gained an MA(Hons) in European Union Studies with German from the University of Edinburgh.
