Senior Analyst

Salary: Competitive | Location: London

Integer Research currently has a vacancy for a Senior Analyst to meet our expanding business requirements.

The successful candidate will work as part of a small team, ultimately managing projects involving the provision of in-depth reports, forecasting and consultancy services that focus on the commercial and business issues facing the Emissions, Fertilizer and Wire and Cable sectors.

The role will include developing new long term outlook reports, final proofing and sign-off for both consulting projects and regular publications, as well as developing our expertise in cost benchmarking making use of technical and modelling experience.

The role will also entail line management of other analysts and developing new business areas where opportunities arise. These responsibilities would include establishing budgets, preparing business plans, defining analyst resources, assisting sales and marketing, planning business travel for research and business development and so on. The Senior Analyst would of course receive support from the company in these areas.

An ideal candidate will be from an analytical background and will have several years of experience in commodities and/or market research or consultancy.  Previous experience analysing the fertilizer, chemicals, agricultural, emissions, metals, wire and cable, or energy/fuel markets would be desirable but is not required. Applicants must have a good degree, strong writing skills and be highly numerate. The position offers opportunities for significant responsibility and career advancement in a growing company.

The successful applicant will have the following abilities:

Communication skills – excellent oral and written communication, negotiation, telephone and effective listening skills, clear and articulate telephone manner.

Management skills – experience of leading small project teams is required, and line management experience would be an advantage.

Interpersonal skills – able to work well within a team as well as independently to deadlines, be proactive, goal-orientated and able to use own initiative. Problem solving abilities and enthusiasm will be needed at all times.

Organisational skills – be a self-motivated quick learner able to multi-task and prioritise a busy workload.

Junior Analyst

Integer Research is looking for market analysts to meet our expanding business requirements.

The successful candidate will work as part of a small team, ultimately providing in-depth reports, forecasting and consultancy services focused on the commercial and business issues facing the Emissions, Fertilizer or Wire and Cable sectors.

This position offers opportunities for significant responsibility and career advancement. You must have a good degree, strong writing skills and be highly numerate. An ideal candidate will have studied some Economics, Business or Finance, have achieved at least a 2.1 degree from a good university, and have 1-2 years’ work experience. Individuals with relevant work experience and a master’s degree would have a distinct advantage.

Senior Business Development Manager

Monthly commission is payable on all sales

Integer Research is a provider of specialist information in the form of  consulting, reports and events for the emissions control, fertilizer and wire and cable industries. We are a fast-growing company with clients all over the world.

In this role you will maximize revenue potential to our subscription products and reports, including sponsorship packages to our Locator websites. Working across a number of industries, you will be responsible for selling, primarily via the telephone, to senior decision makers in companies across the globe.

Key responsibilities will be: 

  • Develop, through a consultative approach, relationships with business customers
  • Direct sales responsibility through your own lead generation, enquiries and marketing promotions
  • Achievement of personal targers and contribution to team targets
  • Proactively contact sales leads provided by marketing campaigns, as well as sourcing your own leads to then build and maintain relationships with these prospective
  • Effectively pitch and ensure demonstrations are given in order to maximize revenue opportunities
  • Providing effective feedback and results from leads generated and relay to industry heads
  • Obtain and record feedback from customers and prospects regarding pricing, customer attitudes and needs, product issues, and competitor activity
  • Maintain, complete and accurately record all customer contact information on the company CRM (Prospect Soft). Efficient management of all leads and call-backs via the CRM
  • Develop  and deliver informative sales presentations based on customer needs online (or face to face as and when required)
  • Where relevant, planning for appropriate attendance at exhibitions, conferences and other industry events where opportunities exist to sell the product
  • Liaise with customer service staff to help make sure your particular orders are fulfilled correctly and any client queries are responded to

To apply for this role, you will need to have a proven track record in telephone based sales and some face to face sales and a minimum of 3 years sales experience. You will need to feel confident about the whole sales process, from sourcing sales leads through to fact finding, product demonstrations and closing.

DATABASE & MARKETING ASSISTANT

Salary: £18K per annum (6 month contract initially)
Location: Central London

Integer Research is a specialist provider of research, data, analysis and consultancy services across a growing range of global commodity markets – emissions, fertilizers and wire & cable.

We are looking for an eager new recruit to join our dynamic marketing team as a Database & Marketing Assistant. With a keen eye for detail, you will drive forward the accuracy and integrity of our new company Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. You will also have the opportunity to get actively involved in marketing campaigns large and small, online and offline.

This is an ideal role for an enthusiastic team player looking to enter the world of marketing and develop their skills as a valued member of our expanding business.

Main Duties:

  • Inputting data into the CRM using strict guidelines and meeting demanding deadlines
  • Creating and importing contact lists from various sources, always with an eye for accuracy
  • Helping the marketing and sales teams to identify key contacts for use in targeted marketing campaigns
  • Reporting regularly to the Head of Group Marketing on data cleanliness and acquisition targets
  • Assisting the company in adopting best practices when using the CRM
  • Supporting the development of the company website including creating new pages and updating graphics and banners where necessary
  • Supporting emarketing campaigns by preparing HTML messages, uploading lists, and tracking response rates
  • Supporting direct mail and promotional material production for the conference and publications teams
  • Supporting social media efforts across the business
  • Getting actively involved in other ad hoc projects and new initiatives as required.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of MS office
  • Previous database or marketing experience an advantage, but not necessarily a requirement
  • Highly organized and accurate

Terms:

  • 6 month fixed term contract initially, with a view to the role becoming permanent depending on performance
  • £18K salary per annum
  • 1 month probationary period
