AGCO – Matt Rushing (Director, Product Management for Tractors)

Matt Rushing is currently Director, Product Management for Tractors built and sold in EAME and EAPAC. He is responsible for the future development of these products and the long term strategic product plans within the EAME and EAPAC Regions for the Challenger, Massey Ferguson, Valtra and Fendt brands of tractors.
Rushing started with AGCO in 2000 as a Sales Engineer. Following this Matt has spent time as a Challenger Area Business Manager in the Mid Atlantic States, followed by a position with Product Management as Manager, Product Management NA Tractors. After this he moved on to the position of Manager, Product Management, Beauvais Tractors.
Matt has more than 13 years experience in the agricultural equipment business, having started with a farming background, John Deere and Deutz Engine NA before joining AGCO. He holds a degree in Ag Technology from Vincennes University in Indiana.
