Michele T. Calbi, Vice President, Procurement & Shop Operations
Michelle Calbi has served as Vice President, Procurement and Shop Operations since august 2005 in the capacity of Vice President, Procurement and Shop Operations. Michelle is responsible for the procurement and disposal of trucks, trailers, and containers; as well as procurement of tires, parts, and diesel fuels. Her responsibilities also include Shop Operations for 40 locations as well as Corporate Security.
Before joining Swift, Michelle served as General Manager, Aftermarket Parts, at Freightliner/Dailmer Trucks fro 7 years and previously with Toyota Motor sales for 13 years in various roes including dealer operations, sales and marketing of new vehicles.
Ms Calbi holds a B.S. in Management from Portland State University and attended Pepperdine University in California and INSEAD in France for graduate studies.
