Elmar Boeckenhoff is responsible for all Daimler Trucks North America LLC Engineering activities for Freightliner and Western Star models. He oversees Product and Custom Engineering consisting of: Design, Test, Styling, Analysis, Complianceand Planning functions. Prior to joining Freightliner LLC in July 2005, Mr. Boeckenhoff served as Head of Testing for Mercedes-Benz Vans. He also previously held positions at Daimler as Head of Computational Analysis for Commercial Vehicles and Assistant to the Board Member for Global Truck Development. Mr. Boeckenhoff joined Daimler in 1991.
