Dr. David FAN is the General Manager at the China Tech Center of Tenneco since 2006. Dr. Fan has been with Tenneco since 1997, starting as a Senior Engineer for emission control at Tenneco USA. Mr. Fan was responsible for the business and R&D of diesel after treatment system for commercial vehicles in China including SCR, DPF, DOC/POC since 2007. Dr. Fan got his BS degree in engineering from the University of Science and technology of China in 1991. Mr. Fan got his PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh in 1997 and MBA from University of Michigan – Stephen M. Ross School of Business in 2005.
