中国内燃机工业协会简介
中国内燃机工业协会（CICEIA）成立于1991年7月20日，是经中华人民共和国民政部批准的社团组织，地址设在北京。
中国内燃机工业协会是由全国内燃机及零部件的制造企业及科研设计单位、大专院校、有关社会团体等自愿组成不受地区、隶属关系和所有制限制的自律性、非营利性的社会团体,具有社会团体法人资格，是全国性行业组织。
中国内燃机工业协会最高权力机构是会员代表大会，实行理事会制，常设机构是秘书处。秘书处下设4个部门、1个专家委员会、18个专业分会，目前拥有1000多家会员单位。
中国内燃机工业协会以贯彻执行国家方针政策、维护行业整体利益、振兴中国内燃机工业为己任，反映行业愿望与诉求、为政府和行业提供双向服务为宗旨，以政策研究、信息服务、行业自律、国际交流、会展服务等为主要职能，充分发挥行业协会为政府、行业和企业三个层面的服务职能作用，以促进中国内燃机行业健康快速发展。
特别是近几年来，协会紧紧围绕产业调查研究对行业经济运行跟踪析对企业改革、技术进步、资产重组等方面进行调查研究，为政府制定行业发展规划、产业发展政策、法律法规等提供建议，并对政策法规的贯彻实施进行跟踪研究；及时向政府部门反映行业和企业的意见及诉求。同时，加强行业自律，规范行业行为维护公平竞争。为了更好得促进行业技术进步，同有关国家和地区的社会团体建立了日常工作联系渠道，开展多种形式的国际技术经济交流活动，不断推进双方沟通信息，组织互访。
围绕做大做强、提高知名度、向国际化发展的目标，组织、举办大型国内和国际展览会，为企业开拓国内外市场提供服务平台。
China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association (CICEIA) was established in 1991, it is approved by the Ministry of Civil Affairs.
The association is the national internal combustion engine and parts manufacturing enterprises.
China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association is the highest authority of Congress members, the implementation of the Council system, a permanent establishment of the Secretariat. The Secretariat consists of four departments, a committee of experts, 18 professional chapters, and currently has more than 1,000 members.
China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association implements national policies to safeguard the overall interests of the industry, the revitalization of Chinese internal combustion engine industry responsibility, reflecting the wishes and demands of industry, government and industry to provide two-way service for the purpose of policy research, information services, industry self-regulation and international exchange.
