Dr. Yue Xin, Head of Vehicle Fuels and Emissions Lab, Chinese Research Academy of Environmental Sciences (CRAES), Ministry of Environmental Protection (MEP). Dr. Yue is also Vice-Chairman and Secretary-General of Committee of Vehicle and Vessel Emissions Control at Chinese Society for Environmental Sciences.
He has been working on environmental protection related scientific research and technical support. He is currently leading the scientific research project for “the National Stage V standards of pollutants control for vehicle fuels”; the standards of pollutants control for vehicle diesel fuel” etc.
