Mr. Matthias Kruse was born in May 1965 and grew up in Balve, Germany. After finishing school in 1984 he started his academic studies in mechanics. In 1992 he received his diploma for mechanical/chemical engineer from the University of Aachen, Germany.
Afterwards he allocated experience at USU GmbH (waste industry) in Unna (Germany) for two years and as marketing manager at Esso Südwest GmbH (Lubricants) in Karlsruhe for about three years. Since 1998 he is shareholder and now managing partner at the KRUSE-group.
