J. Alexander is an expert in meeting the challenges companies face in financial reporting, price and risk management, and regulatory compliance regarding their energy policies. He has extensive experience in governance, accountability, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
Before Alexander joined Mansfield in 2005, he held leadership positions as Executive Vice President at TransMontaigne, President of the TransMontaigne subsidiary Refined Solutions Inc., Senior VP of Administration at Louis Dreyfus, and Senior Manager at Ernst and Young. At Mansfield, J. has consistently streamlined accounting and audit procedures. With his unique insights into fuel transactions, he is the thought leadership behind several Mansfield solutions tailored to allow customers to enjoy increased visibility into their end-to-end fuel spending.
Alexander grew up in Memphis working in his family’s auto parts business where he learned the importance of customer service and attention to detail. He and his wife Cindi are natives of Memphis and currently reside in the metro Atlanta area. Alexander holds a BS from the University of Memphis.
