Henrik Bentzer finished his Master degree in Chemical Engineering at the Technical University of Denmark in 2007. He went on to do a PhD on ceramic materials for hydrogen permeable membranes at Risø National Laboratory for Sustainable Energy, now DTU Institute for Energy Conversion. After finalizing the PhD in 2011, Henrik Bentzer was employed as research engineer in the automotive exhaust group of the R&D division of Haldor Topsoe. In this position, Henrik Bentzer is involved in development and validation of a variety of products for automotive exhaust gas cleaning, focusing primarily on SCR, ammonia slip catalysts and SCR coated particulate filters. He is also responsible for planning and analysis of experimental work in the Haldor Topsoe engine lab.
