龚慧明先生现为能源基金会北京办事处交通项目主任。在2005年加入能源基金会之前供职于全球环境研究所汽车能源与气候变化项目。龚慧明先生1998年毕业于北京大学技术物理系应用化学专业，获学士学位。之后就读于北京大学环境科学中心环境化学专业，并于2001年获硕士学位。随后赴美，就读于加州大学河滨分校空气污染研究中心。2003年硕士毕业后回国工作。
Mr. Huiming Gong is the Program Director of Transportation Program under the Energy Foundation Beijing Office. Major tasks are developing projects to improve the transportation energy efficiency and reduce exhaust pollution through policy making and implementation. Before joining the Energy Foundation in 2005, he served as the Program Officer of the Auto Project on Energy & Climate Change under the Global Environmental Institute. Mr. Gong received two Masters’ degree, one in University of California, Riverside majoring in Environmental Toxicology and the other in Peking University majoring in Environmental Sciences.
