付兴国博士，教授，中国石油天然气股份有限公司石化研究院副总工程师，1967年在河北出生。他于1987年在武汉科技大学获得学士学位，1990年于西安近代化学研究所取得硕士学位，另于1995年在中科院兰州化学物理研究所得到博士学位。
他在石油炼油及生化燃油领域有超过23年的工作经验，有总共35个中国国内专利，1个美国专利，至今已发表63篇论文。
Dr. Xingguo FU, Professor, Deputy Chief Engineer of PetroChina Petrochemical Research Institute, born in Hubei Province in 1967. He had graduated from Wuhan Technology University and got his Bachelor degree in 1987, and he had graduated from Xi’an Modern Chemistry Research Institute and got his master degree in 1990, he had graduated from Lanzhou Chemistry and Physics Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences and got his doctoral degree at 1995.
He had been worked in the field of petroleum refining and biofuel over 23 years, he has achieved more than 20 achievements, 35 CN patents, 1 USA patent, and 63 published papers.
