Joseph Featherstone photo

Mr. Featherstone is the Aftermarket Product Manager, World Wide Customer Support, John Deere Power Systems, a position he has held since September 2011. Joe is responsible for developing and deploying customer support strategies and processes for Engine and Aftertreatment components as well as other global customer support initiatives.

Joe began his career with John Deere in 2000 with the Ag & Turf division where he held various engineering and product support responsibilities. In 2006 Joe became the Aftermarket Manager at a multi-location John Deere dealership where he oversaw the parts and service operations. In February 2009 he joined John Deere Power Systems in Engine Engineering as Senior Application Engineer with responsibility for the engine programs in the 8R, 9R, and Cotton Harvesting product lines.

Joe has a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois and is currently enrolled in the MBA program at the University of Iowa.
