Danan Dou received his Ph. D of Chemistry in 1992. He worked at Delphi, in the area of emission control, for over 11 years before joining John Deere in May, 2006. At John Deere Power Systems, Danan served as the manager of aftertreatment technologies and led the technical design and development teams for aftertreatment implementations. Currently, Danan is the manager of advanced power systems engineering, leading multiple engineering teams for powertrain innovations, advanced engineering, engine fluids and aftertreatment innovations.
