东风汽车有限商用车技术中心工艺研究所油料试验室主任，研究员级工程师，中国汽车工程师学会专家委员会特聘专家，
中国汽车工业协会特聘专家；全国石油产品和润滑剂标准化技术委员会石油燃料和润滑剂分技术委员会委员；1983年进入东风汽车公司后一直从事汽车用油的开发应用工作。

Mr. Dai is also Distinguished Expert at CAAM (China Association of Automobile Manufacturers) and at Expert Committee of SAE China.
He has been working on the research and development of vehicle fuel since he joined Dongfeng in 1983.
